Post and packing charges

We use a flat postage charge for all orders: £4 within the UK, £7 in Europe outside the UK, and £10 outside Europe.

We will dispatch your order within 3 working days, by first class delivery.

A note on stock... we run a live stock update system, so you shouldn't be able to order anything that isn't in stock. If there is some mistake (we're down to the last one, and someone else orders at the same time as you) - we will refund you straight away.

Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not totally satisfied with the goods for any reason, return them within 21 days of their dispatch date and we'll exchange them if possible, or refund your money (excluding postage). If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within seven days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any).You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the seven days allowed or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have 21 days to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods). We can only accept items that have not been worn, used or altered. Items returned after the 21 day period will not be refunded except under exceptional circumstances. Please note – due to the very small runs of dresses, it may not be possible to offer an exchange if a particular size / design has sold out. We will in this case arrange a refund.

Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return your purchase, please email us letting us know that you're doing so, and then fill out the returns form that will be sent out with your order. Don't forget to reconfirm the delivery address for exchange items. Return items should be sent to:

We recommend that you return items via registered mail. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. Unfortunately we cannot offer free returns yet. We're a small company and we're trying to keep our product prices to a minimum. Should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you fully.
